Excellent customer service is the cornerstone of our business. SUMMARY This role is responsible for filling prescriptions and assisting with inventory management. SCHEDULE Onsite at Riverside Office - Afternoon to evening shift working 1:30 PM - 10 PM, weekend shift occasionally. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES * Accurately and efficiently fill (bubble pack/vials) and label patients' medications * Assisting with inventory management * Coordinating closely with Select delivery team * Working knowledge of medications * Return medications to stock and put away ordered medications * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Assist team members when needed * Monitor stat orders in workflow and assign in accordance to operating procedures * Other duties as assigned by the supervisor MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Active Pharmacy Technician license that is in good standing * 2 years of pharmacy filling experience (LTC experience is preferred) * Proficiency in QS1 and Docutrack software systems * Knowledgeable of medication dispensing processes under the physician dispensing protocol in accordance with state and federal regulations * Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills * Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality * High attention to detail and accuracy in filling prescriptions * Ability to communicate professionally with providers, patients, and team members * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office 365 * Proficient in English, both verbal and written * Ability to adapt to new systems or processes PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS Ability to perform essential office tasks, including prolonged periods of sitting or standing, frequent use of a computer and other standard office equipment; and occasional lifting or carrying of up to 25 pounds.
