JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting pharmacists in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients. Your primary focus will be on medication administration, patient care, and ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmacy. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is essential
• Accuracy Checking Technician is required
• Strong understanding of medication administration and patient care principles.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the pharmacy field.

• One of the main requirements for this job is to be an Accuracy Checking Technician
• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional patient care by answering queries and offering advice on medication usage and side effects.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in line with data protection regulations.
• Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and storing pharmaceutical supplies appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Support the pharmacist in conducting medication reviews and monitoring patient outcomes.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in pharmacy practice.
