Position Overview Department: Pharmacy Schedule: Full time 7on/7off, evening shift Work Location: UAB St Vincent's Birmingham Benefits for eligible positions only include: generous paid time off, paid parental leave, Associate Assistance Program, Tuition Reimbursement Program, and more. What You Will Do Provide distributive pharmacy services and technical support for the pharmacist. Refill and maintain automated dispensing systems. Prepare orders and maintain inventory for the pharmacy department. Repackage bulk medications. Receive and store incoming supplies. Serve as liaison between pharmacy, patient and health professional by providing information as necessary. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Currently registered or eligible to be registered as a pharmacy technician by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy (ALBOP) required. Active registration will be required prior to date of hire. Education: High School diploma equivalency required. Additional Preferences No additional preferences.
