Must reflect consistently departmental quality improvement and Patient Safety standards, programs, and initiatives. · Ongoing professional development and growth, leads by example, perpetuates accountability, manages own time. · Communicate effectively, develop positive working relationships and role model teamwork that reflects the Texas Health Promise Behaviors. Trains new employees on routine tasks, under the direction of designated personnel. · Shares the responsibility for minimizing pharmaceutical costs (including wastage) and discovering new process efficiencies. · Other duties as assigned.
