WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. While hospital pharmacy experience is highly valued, it’s not essential as full training will be provided to aid your transition into this new space. However, previous experience in pharmacy dispensing is required to ensure a confident start in the role.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Australian working rights, valid for at least 12-month from the date of employment
  • Dispensing experience in an Australia-based Pharmacy.
  • Availability to work weekend shifts.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience in hospital pharmacy.

Responsibilities

Hospital Pharmacy is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where precision and collaboration are key. As a Pharmacy Technician at Slade Pharmacy Northside, you’ll work alongside Pharmacists, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to help maintain smooth pharmacy operations that support multidisciplinary care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products.
  • Manage and monitor imprest stock.
  • Conduct regular stocktake
  • Delivery of medications to hospital wards.
  • Process sales transactions and assist with account queries.
  • Ensure patients and nursing staff receive the correct medication.
  • Provide support to patients, carers, and hospital staff

Fixed Part-time Shifts

  • Saturday: 08:00am – 01:00pm
  • Sunday: 09:00am – 12:00pm
