Position Overview As a Pharmacy Technician II, you’ll be a key part of the core team at a mission-focused, rapidly expanding organization dedicated to breaking down health barriers for families across Georgia. You’ll handle incoming medication orders, fill prescriptions, and take a leading role in managing our inventory. In this position, your responsibilities will include… Managing incoming medication requests with accuracy, selecting the appropriate drugs from our broad inventory of donated medications. Precisely filling prescriptions by repackaging donated medications from unit-dose packaging into patient-ready vials. Supervising inventory management tasks, such as removing expired items, updating our inventory system with new stock, and replenishing vital supplies like vials and packaging materials. Supporting various administrative and operational activities as required. This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 am to 6 pm. Consistent, punctual attendance and a commitment to excellence are essential. To Be Considered, You Must Have COVID-19 vaccination A current Georgia Pharmacy Technician license in good standing Experience in all aspects of prescription filling under pharmacist supervision, from software entry to product selection, repackaging, and postage application for mail orders Ability to pass a background check Physical ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat, and perform light grasping frequently.
