As the Pharmacy Tech you procure and distribute medication orders per physician request, pharmacist request, or prearranged work assignment according to established policies, procedures and protocols. QUALIFICATIONS Education: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Pharmacy Tech Certification from the State Board of Pharmacy (DORA) is preferred.    * Will consider candidates with provisional certification from the State Board of Pharmacy (DORA). Experience: * 2-3 years pharmacy technician, inpatient or outpatient experience preferred. Skills: * Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.  * Ability to work cooperatively with hospital and pharmacy staff. * Ability to respond quickly to emergency requests.  * Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule.  * Ability to set priorities and solve problems. * Ability to communicate effectively (orally and in writing). SALARY RANGE * Evening, Night and Weekend Differentials Available.
