• Provide healthcare advice and assist customers with their queries.
• Support the dispensary team and ensure efficient handling of prescriptions.
• Manage stock, process transactions, and assist with daily pharmacy operations.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Advise customers on community drug schemes, such as the Medical Card, DPS, and LTI.
