Cabrini’s Pharmacy Technician Cabrini Hospital in Malvern is seeking a experienced Pharmacy Technician Team Leader to join our collaborative pharmacy team. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of pharmacy technician services across dispensary, distribution, and aseptic compounding. This role plays a key part in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality management and timely delivery of medication services. What you will bring to the role Along with enthusiasm to learn, the successful candidate will be highly motivated and have the following key responsibilities: Working cooperatively and communicating regularly within the Pharmacy team and broader hospital teams. Lead and support a team of Pharmacy Technicians. Developing and structuring the training program as well as coordinating education for the Pharmacy Technicians. Ensuring the ongoing review and updates of Pharmacy Technicians procedure manual as required. Assisting with the manufacture and delivery of sterile, cytotoxic and extemporaneous preparations. You will have: Certificate 4 in Hospital/Health Services Pharmacy Support. Minimum 3 years experience in hospital pharmacy. Demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to learn. Demonstrated team and customer focus. Effective communication skills both verbal and written. Sound computer skills. Well-developed prioritising and organisational skills.
