Responsibilities Coordinates the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy Technician staff at a designated site and/or department while also performing the duties of a staff member. Additional duties include coordinating workflow, problem solving and creating staff schedules. The Pharmacy Technician Lead will be able to perform the duties of a staff pharmacy technician. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Prior pharmacy tech/clerk experience or current pharmacy tech student or program graduate preferred. Intravenous (IV) Admixture experience preferred. Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions. . Licensure Current applicable state Pharmacy Tech Licensure (PHARM T) required prior to date of hire and maintained thereafter. National certification preferred. Pay Range USD $25.57 - USD $36.54 /Hr.
