The Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation Team work collaboratively with Health and Social Care staff to promote excellence and innovation in delivering pharmaceutical care across our local health economy and beyond.
We have services including mental and physical Health, medicine optimisation, technicians and dispensary across the following locations - Redwoods Centre Shropshire, St Georges Hospital Stafford and the Haywood Hospital in Stoke On Trent as well as community based teams.
This is an exciting time to join us as we are in the process of successfully deploying EMIS Electronic Prescribing Medicines Administration (EPMA) system.
