Job description
We are a long established Local Community Pharmacy, located near the Rialto LUAS stop. We are looking for a kind, empathetic, hard working Pharmacy Technician or Experienced OTC Sales Assistant, with good teamwork skills.

The ideal candidate will:

• Must have 1 year previous Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy OTC recent experience, in an Irish Community Pharmacy
• Must be personable, punctual and well presented
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be organized and motivated
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to work in a busy environment and be able to multi-task
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Schedule:

• Work 38 to 40 hours
• No late nights nor Sundays
• No Bank Holidays
• Work 1 out of every 3 Saturdays (Saturday 9am to 1pm)

Rate depends on experience - Range €14 - €19 per hour
License/Certification: Pharmacy Technician Qualification (preferred) or Pharmacy OTC Experience

Experience:

• Pharmacy Technician or OTC experience in an Irish Pharmacy: 1 year (required

You will work in all areas of the pharmacy, alongside one other Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacist in a busy, well-staffed Pharmacy of 5.

• Car Parking is very difficult in our area. Previous employees of Walsh’s Pharmacy, whom needed to commute to work, via their car, have found this to be a big issue. We are located near the Rialto LUAS Stop and the ‘123’ Bus route.
