Okanagan owned and operated Rose Valley Pharmacy is looking for a part time or full time Pharmacy Technician.
No Evening or Weekend - Shift flexibility

Looking for a qualified Pharmacy Technician who:

• Has active and valid registration with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skill
• Is proficient in the prescription dispensing process
• Is committed to upholding ethical and legal standards, and best practices, and working within the full extent of their scope of practice

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Assist in accurately dispensing prescriptions alongside pharmacists and pharmacy assistants
• Maintaining accuracy of patient medical profiles
• Inventory management
• Partake in professional development and continuing education, as well as pharmacy based round-table discussions
• Interprofessional collaboration with nearby Physician offices and Maternity clinics

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Flexible Scheduling
