We’re seeking dynamic Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities. Working under the regulatory supervision of the Pharmacy-In-Charge (PIC), the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor is responsible for overseeing department workflow, ensuring that staff are appropriately trained, and providing feedback to ensure staff perform their duties according to organizational standards and current priorities.
Location: Euclid, OH
Salary: Starting salary $52,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday 10:00 pm– 6:30 am (weekends and holidays as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Supervision – Support scheduling, PTO/attendance tracking, staff coaching, training, counseling, reviews, and shift workflow coordination.
  • Courier Service Interaction – Monitor STAT pick-ups and coordinate with leadership when delivery timelines cannot be met.
  • Paxit Packaging & Dispensers – Operate/monitor equipment, manage lot setup, respond to faults, complete audits, maintain inventory, and ensure deadlines/accuracy standards are met.
  • Bulk Dispensing – Oversee bulk order fulfillment, labeling, claim batching, inventory put-away, “owes” process, and documentation.
  • Staging & Toting – Set up totes/staging area, ensure accurate/timely toting, verify orders, and maintain supplies.
  • Non-Sterile Compounding – Maintain compliance with USP 795, perform accurate compounding, manage logs, uphold cleaning standards, and ensure pharmacist review before/after compounding.
  • Must adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ohio Pharmacy technician certification required (in good standing)
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred
