What You’ll Do: As the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily pharmacy technician operations, guiding a team that supports the delivery of exceptional care to our patients. You’ll bring leadership, organization, and compassion to your work — helping maintain a smooth, patient-centered pharmacy environment. Your work will include: Leading and mentoring a team of Pharmacy Technicians through recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance support. Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. Managing pharmaceutical inventory, purchasing, and stock control to ensure accuracy and availability. Supporting the Pharmacy Director with daily operations, reporting, and strategic planning. Helping uphold PTHA’s mission of providing culturally grounded healthcare that supports the wellness of our Native community. What You Bring: Associate’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science or completion of an employer-sponsored Level A Pharmacy Technician program. Three (3) years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician. Three (3) years of experience managing pharmacy inventory or acting as a pharmacy buyer. Current Washington State Pharmacy Technician Certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). A collaborative mindset and commitment to teamwork, respect, and integrity. Why PTHA?
