We’re hiring a Pharmacy Technician - Outreach Eligibility Specialist to support the growth of the specialty pharmacy program by identifying eligible patients, completing benefits investigations, and maintaining strict confidentiality. What You’ll Do: Conduct benefits investigations using approved tools and pharmacy systems. Review medical records to confirm current medication needs. Document all findings clearly and accurately. Partner with team members to ensure high‑quality, coordinated patient care. Identify trends, solve problems, and contribute to process improvements. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ongoing job knowledge. Perform other duties as needed.
