Shift: Monday - Friday between 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM EST, plus occasional additional hours as needed and flexibility. Primary Responsibilities: Dispense any or all the following: tablets/capsules, unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectables, IV, and related supplies following state and federal regulations and company policies and procedures Process, pack, and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring drug, related supplies, and patient collateral (education materials) are included Perform drug/supply ordering and inventory/warehouse duties, including proper storage of drugs and supplies and appropriate refrigeration of perishable product, monitor and adjust/calibrate pharmacy equipment, fill dispensing units What are the reasons to consider working for UnitedHealth Group? Required Qualifications: Active Pharmacy Technician license or Pharmacy Technician Trainee registration in the state of Florida Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to stand, walk, and lift to 25 pounds frequently in a warehouse environment Preferred Qualifications: National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) 6+ months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician Pharmacy/prescription data entry experience Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
