DeliverIt is looking for a driven Pharmacy Technician with Logistics experience to help provide high-level support to the Executive Leadership team, especially regarding pharmacy shipments to our patients, business partners, and customers. Requirements Key Responsibilities Inventory Control: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, including refrigerated and frozen items. Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy using pharmacy systems. Cold Chain Management: Monitor, document, and manage storage temperatures, ensuring compliance with strict guidelines to maintain product integrity. Shipping & Fulfillment: Prepare, pack, and stage pharmaceutical products for delivery, utilizing proper packaging and labeling. Procurement: Place purchase orders, manage supplier relations, and reconcile discrepancies in medication and supplies. Compliance: Maintain compliance with all necessary regulations, as well as SOPs, and report any excursions (temperature or product loss) immediately. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in pharmacy, inventory control, or supply chain management preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency in Pharmacy Management Systems (PMS) or Electronic Resource Planning (ERP) systems Knowledge: Strong understanding of cold chain logistics, pharmaceutical regulations (DSCSA), and inventory management techniques. Attributes: High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate with pharmacy/fulfillment teams. Certification: A current Registered Pharmacy Technician license with the Texas Board of Pharmacy is required.
