QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors’ or Masters degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in academic quality assurance, curriculum development, or educational leadership within an academic institution.
Knowledge of accreditation standards and quality assurance frameworks in higher education (e.g., regional or national accreditation bodies).

SKILLS:

Strong understanding of academic policies, student assessment, and learning outcomes.
Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies (qualitative and quantitative).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse academic teams and departments.
Knowledge of educational technologies and innovative teaching strategies.
