Role Overview We are seeking Engineers with completed PhD degree in various domains of Engineering, including but not limited to Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering, Chemical Engineering & Process Engineering, Applied Engineering & Systems Engineering. Work on cutting-edge projects with top AI labs, fully remote, with flexible weekly hours. No AI experience required. Your responsibility will be to help fine-tune large language models (like ChatGPT) using your Engineering knowledge. You’ll design problems, check how well AI solves them, and work with researchers to build better benchmarks. Responsibilities: Design advanced Engineering problems to test AI performance (e.g., Not limited to Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering, Chemical Engineering & Process Engineering, Applied Engineering & Systems Engineering etc...). These will be conceptual, not involving coding. Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with rigorous logic. Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and quality of reasoning. Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergraduate to PhD-level Engineering topics. Requirements: PhD (completed ONLY) in Engineering. Strong computer science reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced domains. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and provide structured feedback. No AI experience required. Commitments Required: 8 hours per day with an overlap of 4 hours with PST. Employment type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave) Duration of contract: 2 months (possible extension) Location: India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh, Turkey, Mexico Selection process: short analytical challenge PhD (completed ONLY) in computer science or related field.
