Job Description As part of your doctoral research, you will be responsible for the development of test content for the characterization of inertial MEMS on wafer level. Your work will involve the design and characterization of inertial MEMS test chips in direction of Stiction and Robustness. You will also develop innovative techniques and ideas that can subsequently be transferred to real products Qualifications Education: You have a master's degree with excellent grades in physics, electrical engineering, communications engineering, software engineering, or a similar field Experience: experience with FPGA systems and tools, background in analog electronics, circuit design and simulation experience (e.g. Ansys, Comsol, etc.) Knowledge: understanding of electrical measurement techniques, programming skills (required: C++, Python, Matlab) and Knowledge about Semiconductors and MEMS Personality: Strong team player and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams, self-organized way of working Languages: Good in English and German (B2) communication skills Additional Information The final PhD topic is subject to your university.
