Description

Job Description Designing and developing plumbing system layouts with team of draftsman, including pipe sizing and equipment selection calculations with experience preferred in Airport projects. Preparing detailed plumbing construction documents, DBR, Boq, Specifications, and material schedules. Collaborating with architects, engineers, client & contractors to ensure the successful implementation of plumbing systems. Conducting site visits to evaluate existing plumbing systems and identify potential issues or improvements as per project requirements. Providing technical support and guidance to project site teams throughout the construction process. Staying up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to plumbing & fire fighting system design. Troubleshooting and resolving any plumbing system issues that arise during construction or operation of existing delivered project. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/civil engineering or a related field with 6+ years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related field with 6+ years of experience. Additional Information Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/civil engineering or a related field with 6+ years of experience or Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or a related field with 6+ years of experience. Proven experience in plumbing & firefighting system design for construction projects. Proficiency in plumbing design software, such as AutoCAD or Revit review. Good communication and presentation skills.
