[What the role is] The incumbent will support philanthropic policy formulation through data analysis, dashboard creation, and sectoral research. Facilitate decision-making with timely insights, identify process improvements, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for Community Chest. [What you will be working on] 1. Support the formulation and execution of philanthropic-related policies, strategies and messaging through better structuring of data and dashboards, and environmental scanning and sectoral research, to identify emerging trends and build competitive value propositions for Community Chest 2. Facilitate informed decision making by providing timely data analysis and insights to the Management 3. Identify process improvement opportunities and work across team to implement solutions for enhanced service delivery and internal processes [What we are looking for] Functional/Technical Competencies Required 1. Advanced aptitude in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 2. Proficiency in programming software, e.g. Python 3. Strong analytical skills and an ability to synthesise information 4. Experience in process improvement and data visualisation (e.g., creating dashboards using Power BI) will be an advantage General Competencies 1. Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail 2. Excellent problem-solving abilities and systematic thinking 3. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving data quality issues 4. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills 5.
