The Opportunity: OPB is seeking a dynamic Philanthropy Operations Manager to help drive the strategy and execution behind our mid-level, major, and planned giving programs. This role sits at the intersection of data, fundraising, and campaign strategy, leading multi-channel communications, leveraging Salesforce and marketing automation tools, analyzing performance to optimize results, and identifying opportunities to grow engagement with donors giving $1,000–$9,999 annually. What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities: The Philanthropy Operations Manager executes communications for mid-level, major, and planned giving fundraising programs, and develops and implements strategic campaigns to grow revenue from OPB’s Cornerstone Society program and KMHD’s The Green Room program.  Responsibilities include: utilizing the CRM and marketing automation tools at a high level to produce and evaluate email and mail strategies; designing, executing, and iterating on strategies to improve retention and acquisition of donors giving between $1,000 and $9,999; leveraging internal and external data to identify mid-level, major, and planned giving prospects; building digital communications using HTML/CSS; managing and producing analysis and reports for the Philanthropy team. Working Conditions: This position requires extensive use of a computer and telephone. Occasional out-of-state travel may occur for conferences. Some activities may require moving up to 40 lbs.  Reports To: Director of Philanthropy What We’re Looking For: The Ideal Candidate Profile:  * Genuine interest in and enthusiasm for OPB’s and KMHD’s public service mission and organizational values, prepared to contribute to a people-centered environment where colleagues and supporters thrive. * Experience collaborating with team leadership and key stakeholders to develop, refine, and align campaign strategies informed by data insights, analysis, and evolving organizational priorities. * Experience using performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend timely strategic adjustments to improve fundraising outcomes. * Experience using Salesforce or other CRM or marketing database to select and export data for communications and analyze results.  * Highly skilled user of business software systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to take initiative and balance multiple priorities with speed, accuracy and meticulous attention to detail and follow-through. * Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion and compliance with OPB and AFP ethics policies and standards. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Attitudes: * Three years successful fundraising experience, in particular with mid-level or major giving programs. * Experience with RedPoint, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or other marketing data tools. * Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Dreamweaver. * Experience writing code, particularly HTML/CSS. * Experience with Aha! or other project management tools. * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 50%  Execute external Philanthropy communications: * Execute multi-channel appeals and updates (email, mail, telephone, texting) for mid-level, major, and planned gifts using Salesforce and RedPoint Interaction, following direction from Philanthropy Directors and using project management software to track deadlines and deliverables. * Manage, analyze, and report on multi-channel appeals and updates. * Oversee relationship with external fundraising communications consultant. * Maintain and update information about the Philanthropy program on OPB and KMHD websites. * Update Philanthropy templates and acknowledgements regularly to ensure timely language and up-to-date information. * When Campaign Production Coordinator is unavailable, prepare Philanthropy’s weekly gift acknowledgements.  45%  Manage strategy and analytics for mid-level giving programs: * Develop and implement mail, email, and texting strategies for OPB’s Cornerstone Society program and KMHD’s The Green Room program according to best practices for mid-level programs. * Analyze performance data to evaluate current strategies and test new approaches to increase revenue.  * Design and manage donor stewardship program and pathway for donors to increase their support of and engagement with OPB and KMHD. 5%   Utilize data to identify prospects for mid-level, major, and planned giving teams: * Manage and improve reports and run analyses to identify mid-level, major and planned gift prospects. * Oversee and manage relationship with companies that append data related to giving indicators.
