It focuses on optimization and standardization to enhance quality, reduce variability and waste, and support overall plant performance. 🔧 Project Exposure Support the Production and Engineering teams in projects and initiatives aligned with the Hoshin strategy. Lead daily management activities, analyze Hoshin results, and collaborate with engineers and supervisors in continuous improvement Kaizen initiatives as part of the internship project. 📌 General Requirements Active university students enrolled in Engineering-related majors. Advanced English proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Availability to complete a 6-month internship (during the 6 months to 1 year of the internship period). Plus: currently pursuing or seeking a graduation project. Availability to work full-time and on-site. 🎓 Related Majors Mechatronics Engineering Electronics Engineering Electromechanical Engineering 📋 Internship Details Work modality: On-site. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to accommodate academic responsibilities. Location: Coyol Free Zone, Building B37. Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 1 year. Requirements: Valid student insurance policy.
