Croi Health is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Phlebotomist to support our clinical team by providing professional blood collection services to patients in their homes. This role plays an important part in supporting patient care by ensuring accurate specimen collection while delivering a respectful and positive patient experience. This position offers the opportunity to work independently in the community while collaborating with a dedicated interdisciplinary healthcare team. Schedule: 16 hours per week during day shift hours, flexible to be split between 2 or 3 days per week. Compensation: 23/hr. - 25/hr. based on experience What will you be doing: As a Home Care Phlebotomist, you will help support patient care by performing blood collection and ensuring specimens are properly handled and prepared for laboratory testing. Responsibilities include: Traveling to patients’ homes to perform blood draws Confirming patient identity and ensuring proper specimen labeling Maintaining infection control and safety standards during all procedures Preparing, storing, and transporting specimens according to protocol Documenting patient interactions and specimen collection accurately Communicating effectively with patients, families, and clinical team members Maintaining phlebotomy equipment and supply inventory Delivering compassionate, patient-centered service during every visit What we’re looking for in you: Phlebotomy certification required Strong venipuncture and specimen handling skills Excellent communication and patient care abilities Ability to work independently and manage travel between patient homes Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Croí Health complies with applicable federal and state civil rights laws and does not discriminate, exclude people or treat them less favorably because of race, color, creed, religion, national origin (including limited English proficiency and primary language), sex (including sex characteristics, including intersex traits, pregnancy, or related conditions, sexual orientation, gender identity and sex stereotypes), age, disability (including mental illness and substance abuse disorders), genetic material, veteran status, communicable disease, natural or protective hairstyles or any combination, thereof with regard to admission, access to treatment or employment.
