Performs a variety of generally routine duties involved in the drawing and collection of blood specimens from identified patients. Records necessary information following established methods and procedures and all hospital rules and regulations. They also performs duties relative to receiving and processing specimens and maintaining laboratory supplies. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Associate's Degree Preferred Non Degree Program Medical Assistance or related program Preferred Experience 1 year experience in Phlebotomy Preferred Licenses Drivers License Required Certified Phlebotomist Tech Preferred
