We are seeking a full-time Phlebotomist Lead to join our team at the Broadway Building Lab, downtown. Schedule is 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday, no weekends, or evenings In this position you will: Performs venipuncture, finger sticks, and other specimen collection as needed Uses lab and EHR software Provides excellent customer service Supervises phlebotomy staff and area to maintain high quality work standards Provides phlebotomy training as required Reviews and implements procedures and OSHA recommendations Maintains strict confidentiality according to the Confidentiality Policy and HIPPA standards Assists in drafting and updating policies and procedures as needed Performs all other related work as requested or required Benefits offered: Health insurance Life Insurance Paid vacation Holiday pay 401(k) + match Voluntary benefits - Dental insurance, Vision insurance, Disability insurance Employee assistance program Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Possess valid state driver's license Basic computer knowledge and proficiency The successful purchasing clerk candidate will be subject to a background check An Equal Opportunity Employer
