JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to serve as the face of the organization in a patient care setting. The PSR II will perform high-quality blood draws, specimen processing, and patient engagement while ensuring compliance with safety and clinical standards. The role requires strong customer service skills, adaptability across locations, and commitment to patient confidentiality.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years of phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections included)
  • At least 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
  • Customer service or retail service background preferred
  • Proficiency in data entry and keyboard skills

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Medical training (Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred)
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Phlebotomy (pediatric & geriatric)
  • Specimen Processing & Label Verification
  • Patient-Facing Customer Service

  • Maintain required documentation and records with accuracy.
  • Promote a professional and safe clinical environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and confidentiality protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and the public.
  • Travel as needed to support multiple locations; cover shifts with short notice.
