Full job description

We are looking for a fully qualified Phlebotomist to work 16 hours per week:

Monday 8:30am-12:30pm

Tuesday 8:30am-12:30pm

Wednesday 8:30am-12:30pm and 1:00-5:00pm

The successful candidate will have a UK qualification in phlebotomy. Please do not apply if you are not yet qualified in the UK.

Experience is preferred, but full training can be given to a newly qualified phlebotomist.

The pay for this role is dependent on experience and the post will have access to the NHS pension. There will be 4 weeks annual leave on a pro-rata basis.

As a phlebotomist, you will take bloods in all adults and children over 14. This will be done on site at Acre Surgery and you will need to document and send information accordingly. You will work as part of our team.

· A good level of education is required.

. Experience of dealing with people and working in an NHS setting is desirable.

· Experience of working in a GP practice is desirable.

We are a very friendly team, everyone is always willing to help and support each other and we always relay a "no fear" policy - no question is considered unimportant and there is always an "open door" feel.

Pay: £25,420.00-£27,300.00 per year
