A confidential healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to support plasma and laboratory operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent patient service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Perform phlebotomy procedures and donor/patient screenings, including vital signs and finger stick testing. Collect, label, and process blood and plasma samples while ensuring accuracy and quality standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation using electronic systems. Greet and assist patients/donors, ensuring a safe and positive experience. Adhere to all safety, OSHA, and infection-control guidelines, including proper use of PPE. Support continuous improvement initiatives and report operational issues to supervisors. Assist with clinic operations such as phone calls, chart preparation, and donor scheduling. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 1+ year of experience in a patient-facing role preferred. MediClear certification (or equivalent active healthcare compliance credential) is required Ability to walk or stand for an entire shift, bend/stoop, and lift up to 32 lbs. (occasionally up to 50 lbs. with devices). Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and customer service. Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate digital records. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
