LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is looking for an individual to join our team as a Phlebotomist Team Leader in Tifton, GA This position is responsible for ensuring the donor center and/or bloodmobile operates safely, efficiently, and effectively. The selected candidate will also directly supervise one to six Donor Technicians. Must also meet and maintain LifeSouth driver’s eligibility requirements - Ability to multitask and prioritize - Strong interpersonal and team building skills - Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing - Knowledgeable in a variety of computer software applications - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, and volume and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry The Ideal Candidate Will Possess - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree - One year of donor collections experience - Previous supervisory experience - Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Who We Are LifeSouth is a non-profit community blood bank serving more than 150 hospitals in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee.
