PHLEBOTOMY TRAINEE - ATLANTA, GA - MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00AM-5:00PM

Phlebotomy Services Representative Trainees are hired with the intent of developing the skills required of a Patient Services I (PSR I) by the end of the training program. The length of the training program will be established by the applicable department.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Keyboard/data entry application.
• Experience in Customer Service

PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Medical training helpful but not required.
• Medical terminology helpful but not required.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.

KNOWLEDGE:

• Medical training helpful but not required.
• Medical terminology helpful but not required.
• The position requires the ability to effectively communicate in English.

SKILLS:

• Demonstrates good organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to manage concerns of patients and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
