QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

• Must have a minimum of two to three years’ previous experience as a successful Sales Manager at a Boutique/luxury/4-5 Star hotel, preferably in Atlanta.
• Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; Excel, Word, Outlook and Sales database systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests, clients and co-workers in both written and verbal forms.
• Prioritize and organize and perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Be a clear thinker, remain calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
• Understand guest’s service needs.
• Be a Team player with a passion for sale and work cohesively with co-workers
• Work with minimal supervision.
• To travel as needed for sales calls, tradeshows and industry events.

PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

Essential:
1. Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
2. Remain in stationary position for various__ minutes/hours throughout work shift.
3. Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
