About the Role: The PHO - Security Officer Overnight plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property within the accommodation and food services industry. This position is responsible for monitoring premises during overnight hours to prevent theft, vandalism, and any unauthorized activities. The officer will conduct regular patrols, respond promptly to incidents, and collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary. Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and emergency procedures is essential to protect both people and assets. Ultimately, this role supports a welcoming and secure atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience during overnight operations. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred but not required. * Ability to work overnight shifts and remain alert for extended periods. * Basic knowledge of security operations and emergency response procedures. * Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: * Certification in security training or related fields (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or Security Guard License). * Experience working in the accommodation or hospitality industry. * Familiarity with surveillance systems and access control technology. * Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. * Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
