Your day-to-day will involve processing orders, addressing inquiries, and providing top-notch service—all while contributing to the success of our team. Key Responsibilities: Process high-volume customer orders and change notices accurately and efficiently Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and copying Collaborate with operations and sales teams to track orders and handle special product or order requests Answer and direct customer phone calls and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy Meet the needs of internal and external customers with efficiency and courtesy. Answer and direct customer phone calls and/or emails to all appropriate Hartung contacts.
