We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Phone Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support in the financial services sector. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform basic calculations accurately.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
