JOB DESCRIPTION:

Telephone Operator required for our Water Treatment Company based in Tuam, Co Galway.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Managing incoming & outgoing calls.
· Providing customers with excellent customer service ensuring all queries are answered in a professional manner
· Route planning & service scheduling
· Experience in water treatment an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
· Must be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
· Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and good attention to detail
· Must have strong data entry skills
. Calling for payments.
. Deal with customers over the phone, problem solving.
· Ability to fluently speak and understand the English language.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
