BASED AT SMILE SENSATIONS MANUKA | MONDAY–FRIDAY, 9:00AM – 5:00PM

Do you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people? Smile Sensations is looking for a dedicated Phones & Patient Enquiries Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our six dental practices across Canberra.
This is a full-time role (75 hours per fortnight), based at our Manuka branch, where you’ll be focused on delivering a friendly, professional, and efficient service to every patient who calls.

About the Role:

  • Full-time permanent position – 75 hours per fortnight
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (30 min lunch break)
  • Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls across our 6 practices
  • Provide information, manage bookings, and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Work in a supportive office environment, dedicated to phones and patient care

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
  • Provide clear, accurate information about services, fees, and policies
  • Communicate effectively with patients and the wider team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and patient details in our system

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has excellent interpersonal skills and a clear, confident phone manner
  • Possesses strong English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Is professional, patient, and empathetic when dealing with enquiries
  • Can multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy call environment
  • Has experience in reception, customer service, or call centre roles (preferred, but not essential)
  • Is reliable, punctual, and enjoys working as part of a team
