Some of What You'll Do Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to assist customers with identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts. Use electronic catalogs, databases, and internal systems to verify part numbers and ensure compatibility with customer vehicles. Provide accurate product information, availability, and pricing over the phone or via email. Process customer orders, payments, and invoices accurately using the company’s POS and CRM systems. Manage follow-ups with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product inquiries to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and commercial accounts such as repair shops, fleets, and dealerships. Handle returns, warranty claims, and exchanges according to company policies. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Stay current on automotive products, new technologies, and industry trends to support customers effectively.
