We are seeking Phone Sales Consultants to join our Travel insurance team. This role is a permanent full-time role, working 37.50 hours per week Monday to Friday on a rotating roster from 8am – 8pm, including the occasional Saturday. Work in the comfort of your own home with all IT equipment provided. Your role will be to convert both inbound and outbound customer sales leads and provide the best Travel insurance options based on our customer’s needs.   Key responsibilities:  Conduct needs analysis through effective questioning and provide the most suitable products to our customers Create value by highlighting features and benefits, unique services with our Pet and Travel product options Objection handling  Fund product comparisons Build rapport to understand our customers and ensure a positive customer experience Provide complete and accurate information to our customers by following compliance guidelines    About You  We are looking for motivated sales driven people who are great at communicating over the phone, in a compassionate and friendly manner. You will have experience working towards targets in a sales environment. You can think on your feet and tailor your response to different situations and people. You thrive on being able to solve problems and offer solutions.
