About the Role We are a fast-growing e-commerce company seeking a confident and customer-focused Phone Support & Sales Representative to manage inbound and outbound phone interactions. This role combines customer support with phone-based sales and requires someone who can confidently educate customers, overcome objections, and close purchases. You will be a key point of contact for customers who prefer to speak with a real person before buying and will directly contribute to revenue through abandoned checkout recovery and phone-based sales.
