Philly Photo & Philm is seeking outgoing, dependable individuals to deliver, set up, and operate photo booths at a variety of events, including weddings, birthdays, graduations, corporate functions, and more. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, professional, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, people-facing environment. Each shift typically includes 2 hours for setup/breakdown and 3–4 hours of active event time.
No prior technical experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training for motivated individuals who are reliable, customer-friendly, and ready to learn.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Available to work nights and weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday are musts).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation capable of carrying photo booth equipment.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Reliable and punctual with perfect attendance expected — no late arrivals or no-shows tolerated.
  • Able to work independently and troubleshoot minor tech issues.
  • Energetic, personable, and committed to providing a great guest experience.
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, or event experience a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Transport photo booth equipment to event venues throughout NJ, PA, and DE (drive times range from 20 minutes to 2 hours from our Blackwood, NJ studio).
  • Set up equipment, backdrops, and props efficiently and professionally.
  • Run functionality checks and ensure everything is working properly before guests arrive.
  • Operate the photo booth during events, guiding guests through the experience and keeping the energy high and fun.
  • Monitor booth operation, change paper and ink as needed, and assist with reprints.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive setup throughout the event.
  • Tear down and return all equipment after the event.
