Description

Coordinate the installation, functionality, and maintenance of equipment toolsets, ensuring both hardware and software are fully operational and interfacing seamlessly with other systems. Maintain tool performance by ensuring high availability to production and strictly adhering to quality metrics. Apply data analysis to determine priority equipment engineering initiatives. Please ensure that you conduct all tasks in compliance with applicable safety policies and laws. Proactively address safety issues to reduce incidents of personal injuries, hazards, or environmental impacts. To collaborate with suppliers, process owners, and Shift Engineers/Technicians to complete daily activities and facilitate audits. Analyze data to inform critical decisions, drive cost-reduction activities, and address the root causes of complex problems. Optimize PM frequency by reviewing SPC, ETI, and Y3, and manage inventory lists to ensure part availability for maintenance events.
