Description

Coordinate the installation, functionality, and maintenance of equipment toolsets, ensuring both hardware and software are fully operational and interfacing seamlessly with other systems. Maintain tool performance by ensuring high availability to production and strictly adhering to quality metrics. Apply data analysis to determine priority equipment engineering initiatives. Please ensure that you conduct all tasks in compliance with applicable safety policies and laws. Proactively address safety issues to reduce incidents of personal injuries, hazards, or environmental impacts. To collaborate with suppliers, process owners, and Shift Engineers/Technicians to complete daily activities and facilitate audits. Analyze data to inform critical decisions, drive cost-reduction activities, and address the root causes of complex problems. Optimize PM frequency by reviewing SPC, ETI, and Y3, and manage inventory lists to ensure part availability for maintenance events. Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, including: fundamentals of electricity, and basic electronic components and circuits Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and fix mechanical systems Vacuum system knowledge and troubleshooting ability Ability to use schematic diagrams to troubleshoot systems to components level Intermediate PC skills including a familiarity with MS Office Suite. Understanding of the process flow related to area equipment Problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks Ability in multi-tasking complex projects and enjoy working in a fast pace environment Time management, organization, and prioritization skills Follows procedures and work with minimal supervision Flexible with job responsibilities and shift assignments - Able to perform 12-hour work shift Good communication and interpersonal skills Highly initiative and good problem solving skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an Engineering-related field or related occupation. Required: Associates Degree in Electronics, Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
