JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and creative retoucher to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality images. As a retoucher, you will be responsible for enhancing and manipulating images to meet our clients’ specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of Adobe Photoshop and other retouching software, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate with our photography and design teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a retoucher or similar role
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other retouching software
Strong portfolio showcasing retouching skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and Intelligence Bank
Experience with digital asset management is a plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience working in a photography studio or agency
Knowledge of digital photography techniques
Familiarity with Adobe Lightroom and Capture One

Collaborate with photographers and designers to understand project requirements
Retouch images to ensure high quality and consistency
Edit images for color, tone, and composition
Crop and straighten images as needed
Maintain organized file management and naming conventions
Meet project deadlines and work efficiently to deliver results
