The Photo Sales Assistant will play a pivotal role in enhancing our guests’ Halloween experience by providing exceptional customer service, capturing spine-tingling moments, and effectively selling photography packages. This position requires creativity, enthusiasm, and a spooky sense of fun as you help visitors create lasting memories of their time at Farmaphobia.
Customer Engagement - Greet and interact with visitors to explain our Halloween photo options and packages in an engaging and friendly manner.
Photo Operation - Assist in capturing high-quality photos within designated spooky settings, using provided photography equipment while ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.
Sales Skills - Promote and sell photo packages, merchandise, and upgrades with enthusiasm. Utilize persuasive techniques to ensure guests leave with the best memories captured on camera.
Maintenance of Equipment - Ensure photography equipment is maintained correctly. Report any technical issues promptly to management.
Experience Enhancement - Engage with guests throughout their photography experiences, going beyond just selling; ensure they have fun, feel welcome, and enjoy themselves!
Feedback Collection - Encourage guests to provide feedback on their experiences and gather testimonials for future promotional use.
Adhere to Policy - Follow all safety and health protocols while contributing to a positive and safe seasonal environment for colleagues and guests.
- Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a bright and friendly disposition.
- Passionate about Halloween, photography, and making fun experiences happen!
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, especially during busy event times.
- Comfortable using simple camera equipment; training provided.
- Ability to work nights and weekends during the Halloween season.
