ROLE OVERVIEW:

This role involves creativity, marketing acuity, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will manage our photo studio, creating product pictures and assist with picture editing for our sales channel listings. They will have product knowledge and the skills to put products together prior to taking pictures. This position demands a high degree of flexibility and willingness to assist the warehouse team when required, eagerness for self-improvement, and a passionate approach towards harnessing AI and the latest tools for enhancing productivity and output.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the day to day running of the photography studio
• Build and prepare products for shoots
• Produce high quality visuals (photos and videos)
• Post editing in Photoshop
• Editing and preparing high quality images for website listings
• Uploading images to server & PIM system
• Perform QA to ensure photo library is up to optimal standard
• Assist with marketing efforts to maximize engagement and conversion
• Attend to customer service social media enquiries promptly and effectively
