Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities: Perform routine shift operations for Photo Track equipment, including start‑up, shutdown, 6S patrol, and equipment health monitoring. Execute troubleshooting and recovery actions for alarms or equipment downtime based on OCAP/SOP guidelines. Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities. Maintain accurate maintenance and troubleshooting records and ensure proper shift‑to‑shift communication. Support Equipment Engineers in equipment performance improvement, reliability enhancement, and excursion reduction activities. Comply with all EHS, chemical handling, and cleanroom safety guidelines; maintain workplace 6S standards. Collaborate with Process team and Production Supervisors to ensure stable line operations. Successful Candidates must have the following Qualifications: Basic knowledge of semiconductor equipment, mechanical systems, or electrical fundamentals. Strong hardware troubleshooting, logical analysis, and problem‑solving abilities. Capability to follow detailed procedures and maintain high discipline in safety, quality, and documentation. Good communication skills and teamwork mindset, especially in a fast‑paced shift environment. Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and rotational day/night shifts. Education & Experience: Required: Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent technical training in Engineering, Applied Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields. Experience in equipment maintenance, semiconductor operations, or PM tasks is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided). Familiarity with Photo Track systems (such as TEL) is a plus.
