We are looking for a Photo/Video Associate who has a passion for visual storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about bringing automotive brands to life.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required: Demonstrated experience in both shooting and editing photo/video content (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
  • Strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (50% of the time).
  • Comfortable working in automotive dealership environments.
  • Equipment recommended but not required. Equipment available in-house.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Photo/Video Associate, you’ll be responsible for capturing and producing engaging photo and video content for our dealership clients. This role requires both creative and technical expertise, with an emphasis on shooting, editing, and delivering polished media assets.
You’ll collaborate closely with both AutoGrowl account managers and dealership personnel to plan and execute shoots that align with client needs. Since our clients are located across the U.S., the role will involve approximately 50% travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shoot high-quality photography and video content at client dealership locations.
  • Edit photos and videos to deliver professional, on-brand assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand creative direction and project goals.
  • Manage production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of content.
  • Maintain and manage photo/video equipment during travel.
  • Stay current on industry trends in video production, editing styles, and automotive marketing.
